A sidecar motorcycle is a motorcycle with a permanently attached cart on the side. Besides our driver you can join us with max 2 passengers. A small animal can be taken in a special bag.
Passengers must have a minimal legal age of twelve years.
Don't worry, a sidecar is absolutely safe. A sidecar is, as the name already says; vintage and not built for driving on a high speed. We will be cruising on a pleasant speed and you will have plenty of time to look at the highlights and ask your questions. You will communicate with your guide via a bluetooth headset which is integrated in your helmet.
The duration of the Tour depends on the tour you will choose and the traffic. Along the way we’ll do some stops for explanations and photos. We do not visit the interiors of the attractions. Our aim is to give you a broad and deep overview of the city whilst experiencing the authentic local lifestyle.
After the tour, you will be ready to explore further on your own. Therefore we advise you to book a tour at the beginning of your stay! We will give you a lot of tips for the rest of your stay. At the end of the tour you will know exactly where you want to spend more precious time during the rest of your holidays.
You are responsible for your own travel insurance. Sidecar Tours Valencia is covered by the suitable public liability insurance policies, regardless, Sidecar Tours Valencia can't take responsibility over the risks of damage, loss, or other irregularity occurred to personal items you decide to carry during the tour. We assume no responsibility for any accidental physical damage occurred to the clients during the course of the tours.

-a lot of positive attention. You will feel like a queen or a king. Don't be surprised when people are ---waving at you and making pictures
If you book at least a week in advance, we will ask you to transfer the money to our Bank Account. As soon as we received your payment , you will receive a confirmation of your booking. When you book a last minute Tour you can pay at the beginning of your Tour (card or cash).
Any cancellation with a minimum of 7 days’ notice before the start of your Tour will be fully refunded.
Cancellations with a minimum of 6 days’ notice are subject to a cancelation fee of 20% of total tour price.
No refund for cancellations within 3 days of the tour date.
Valencia has over more than 300 days of sun.
In the unlikely possibility it is raining at the time of your Sidecar Tour you can cancel your booking (full refund) or reschedule (depending on availability).
We do understand that mistakes can be made. For example if you have chosen for the wrong date, please contact us within 24 hours after your reservation. Depending on availability we will reschedule the tour to another day.

Ps: The sooner you'll book, the better... The bigger chance you'll have that we can book you in on your day and time of preference.
Pssst: We tend to agree…about the dogs being super cool(er). You may bring your 4- legged buddies as long as they are well behaved and reasonable size (have to fit in a special bag). Please keep in mind that some places you may want to visit may not allow pets, so that can impact your Tour.
Normally we will accept bookings at least 12 hrs before the meeting.
The minimal legal age for a sidecar passenger is 12 years.
Helmets are compulsory in Spain.
The maximum number of participants per tour is 2 persons per sidecar (exluding the driver)

All our tours can be narrated in English, German and Spanish.
Our colleagues at our backoffice also speak Dutch.
We can carry small animals in a specially adapted bag

All our tours are private and fully customizable to meet each passenger’s expectations and if not previously arranged our guide will begin the tour by trying to adjust it to your needs, none the less they all have a set duration that is always mentioned on the description when buying online on our website or in partners platforms. In case of a Tailor-made Experience that will be mentioned on the Proposal presented to you.
Our Sidecar is a Dnepr motorcycle with a classic look but with all the modern safety features and is fully licensed in Spain for use with driver and two passengers.
You are responsible for your own travel (and health) insurance. We assume no responsibility for any accidental physical damage occurred to the clients during the course of the tours.
Participants of the excursion affirm that they are entirely responsible for their own actions, and that any claim for damages to the company Sidecar Tours Valencia are waived. In particular, clients declare that: 1) they are able to use the equipment provided safely and competently. 2) they are of good health and free from any ailment that may be aggravated by strenuous activity and or weather conditions including high humidity and heat.
Participants in the excursion are required to practice common sense, prudence and diligence, particularly in relation to the equipment provided by the company during the excursion, of which the participants agree to use at their own risk. Sidecar Tours Valencia waives all claims for damages made against them, and accepts no liability for any damage to the participant and equipment caused during excursions.
Sidecar Tours Valencia will provide guests with equipment that will be delivered in perfect working condition and which must be returned by the guest in the same working condition at the end of the tour. Participants will be held responsible for any damage to the equipment provided to them by the company.
Participants must provide the organization with a valid ID (driving license, passport, identity card, visa, health certificates), should they be so requested.
Participants are liable for all damages that Sidecar Tours Valencia may endure due to the failure to comply with the above mentioned obligations.
The contractors of the service are informed that the driver of the vehicle reserves the right not to initiate/terminate the activity in the event that any of the following behaviors are breached or contravened:
-All of our tours are with a driver/guide and passengers are not allowed to drive by imposition of the Spanish law. You will be provided with a mandatory helmet for the duration of the tour.
-The passenger agrees to make responsible use of space that occupies in the vehicle as well as the rest of components and comply with the rules of the Highway Code.
-It is forbidden to get up or make any movement that could alter the normal operation of the vehicle and/or cause discomfort or damage, both to the occupants of the vehicle and to the rest of the road users. Therefore, it is prohibited to take arms, legs and/or objects out of the vehicle.
-Participants in the activity are obliged to be respectful to the rest of users and pedestrians, avoiding in any case to address to them offenses or insults, as well as shouting or screaming in excess, maintaining a reasonable and adequate noise level at all times.
-The participants are obliged, beforehand and throughout the tour, to wear appropriate clothing to the type of activity to be carried out. It is prohibited, for example, the use of swimwear, provided they lack any element that covers them, as well as going without a shirt. Any form of offensive clothing is not prohibited.
-It is forbidden to carry out any behavior likely to distract the driver, as well as try to get at the controls of the vehicle.
-It is forbidden for our guests to bring alcoholic beverages on board of the vehicle, being allowed non-alcoholic drinks, as well as certain foods (snacks, etc.) as long as they are not packed in glass, cans or ceramics.
-Smoking is prohibited on board the vehicle.
-We accept children as passengers but please notice that for safety reasons and by law in Spain: children under 12 years old cannot ride with us.
-By participating you give Sidecar Tours Valencia the irrevocable right to use your name, picture, photograph, portraits, visual likeness, or voice in all forms and media in all manners, including photo, film, audio and video representations, for non-profit, public purposes, and one waives any right to inspect or approve the finished product that may be created in connection therewith.
Finally, notice, the above is not a closed list, but are susceptible to include any unusual behavior, contrary to those normally required of other citizens.
